1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped from Surat, Gujarat within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via whatsapp to track your package.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at sweetszones@gmail.com within 7 days. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

6. Order Changes & Address Updates

Need to make a change or update your address? Contact us at sweetszones@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before your order is processed.

7. Holiday & Seasonal Shipping

Shipping during holidays or peak seasons may take longer than usual. We recommend placing your order in advance for timely delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
